You enter notices to quit using the
notice function ( Tenant changeover ® Notice).The system automatically calculates the notice date based on the date of receipt of the notice (Receipt of notice field).

– You first have to activate the notice so that date of notice (Notice per field) is updated in the lease-out.
– You can also change the calculated date of notice in the Notice per field (within notice processing) manually, overriding the date calculated by the deadline regulation.
