CD/WD: No. of working or calendar days (1: working days/2: calendar days) FreM: Monthly frequency for which notice can become effective

Not.per: Period of notice in months

NtPerDy: Period of notice in days

MC: Notice effective per end of month? Only set indicator if there is no entry in FreM field.

Cal: Type of calendar to be considered, for instance 01 = standard factory calendar for Germany.

Notice process

You enter notices using the notice function ( Tenant changeover ® Notice).

The system automatically calculates the notice date based on the date of receipt of the notice (Receipt of notice field).

Based on the above period regulation, the date of notice is calculated as follows:
