With this function you can collectively edit lease-outs and general contracts to renew their validity according to the options set for them.

You can only renew contacts with this function if:

• They are active
• They have the corresponding data for contract renewal
• The renewal period is not after the date of notice defined for the contract

You can display contracts for renewal in a list with the following data:

• Contact number, rental unit and main contractual partner (role 600 - tenant with customer account)
• Details stored for the particular lease-out on rental end date and contract renewal

Using this list, you can renew all or particular contracts. The system calculates the new rental end date based on the length of extension defined in the contract.
