Service Scale - Receipt Functions

Cancel Transaction

Use this function to cancel the current receipt.

After calling the function, you are prompted to press your operator button. To approve the cancelation, confirm the security prompt and choose a reason for cancelation.

Void Receipt

This function is used for the cancelation of a closed receipt, unlike Cancel Transaction which discards the receipt currently being processed.

After calling the function, the scale requests the receipt data to identify the receipt to be canceled. If the receipt exists, it is voided and a complementary document is created for the original receipt.

Reopen Last Scale Transaction

This function allows you to quickly alter the last scale receipt if the customer forgot something.

After calling the function, you are prompted to press your operator button. If a corresponding transaction can be found, the scale loads the transaction details and you can add or remove items.

Note that you can only reopen the last scale transaction when no other transactions are in progress.

Printout Repetition

This function allows you to reprint receipts.

After calling the function, you are prompted to press your operator button. Depending on the scale configuration, the scale reprints the last receipt or you can select a receipt from a list of previous receipts.
