Incident/Accident Management Reports

Purpose

The requirements made of the reports in Incident/Accident Management vary depending on legislation and the individual needs of companies. There are basic similarities based on what the reports relate to. You can thus create the following reports in Incident/Accident Management :

  • Reports that relate to a person affected

    These are documents that relate to a single event. They contain information about the eventand about the injuries and illnesses of the person affected.

    Examples are:

  • Reports that relate to events within a period

    These are documents that contain information about the events that were recorded in an establishment or facility over a specific period of time. These documents include those that contain totaled case figures.

    Examples are:

  • General reports on an event

    These are documents whose content is different depending on their use and that relate to the whole event. No sample templates are supplied for these.
