
The workflow outbox lists the workflows started and the work items forwarded and executed by the current user.
Together with the workflow resubmissions and the workflow inbox, the workflow outbox is an integral part of the Business Workplace.
A reduced version of the workflow outbox (that uses less display space) is available in the Workflow Builder and in the Workflow Test Environment.
Views in the workflow outbox
Started workflows
This view shows work items for the tasks started by you as a user in dialog or by a triggering event whose event container contains your user name as _Evt_Creator.
Work items executed by me
The work items executed by you are displayed in this view.
Forwarded work items
The work items forwarded by you are displayed in this view.
Workflow Functions
The screen area in which the workflow outbox is displayed has a toolbar containing the workflow functions and functions for configuring the list. For information about these functions, see the documentation on the SAP List Viewer.
The following workflow functions are available in the different views of the workflow outbox and in the respective context menus:
Update
You use this function to update the workflow outbox.
Display work item
You use this function to take you directly to the work item display. This function is not available in the view Started workflows.
Change agent
You can use this function to carry out ad hoc agent assignment, if this applies to the selected workflow and a corresponding ad hoc workflow.
Display workflow log
This function takes you to the workflow log.
Displaying Attachments
You can use this function to display attachments of the work item of workflow. For more information, see Attachment Management.
Environment
You use this function to display objects in the workflow (only for dialog work items)
