
The workflow resubmissions function can be used to resubmit work items for processing at a later point in time or periodically and to display these work items in a list.
Technically, the following applies to work items that appear in your workflow resubmissions: the work item status is set to waiting, your name is entered as the actual agent, and the requested start date is set to the resubmission date.
As is the case for the workflow inbox and the workflow outbox, the workflow resubmissions is an integral part of the Business Workplace.
Workflow Functions
The screen area in which the workflow resubmission folder is displayed has a toolbar containing the workflow functions and functions for configuring the list. For information about these functions, see the documentation on the SAP List Viewer.
The following functions are available in the workflow resubmissions:
Update
You use this function to update the workflow resubmissions.
Display work item
You use this function to take you directly to the work item display.
Display workflow log
You use this function to display the workflow log.
Displaying Attachments
This function is only available if the work item has attachments. See attachment management.
End Resubmission
With this you reset the work item in the workflow inbox. It then has the status reserved.
Environment
You use this function to display objects in the workflow (only for dialog work items)
The functions described above can be called using the relevant context menu.
You can access the workflow resubmissions in the overview tree in the Business Workplace using .
You are asked for a date for resubmission of the work item. The work item then disappears automatically from the workflow inbox and is not displayed there again until the date specified.
