Displaying Translation Performance Data as a Coordinator

As a coordinator, you can select and display translation performance data for individual:

• Translators

• Translator groups

• Collections (which are called packages in the ABAP development environment)

• Short text object groups

• Translation performance datasets

• You must schedule translation performance datasets to be created regularly.
• You need authorization object TPMO value 01 to display translation performance data for all translators in your translator group.
• You need authorization object TPMO value 02 to display translation performance data for all translators in all translator groups.

1. Call transaction Translation Performance Monitor (TPMO).

   The Translation Performance Monitor screen appears.

2. In the Translators group box:

   • You can select translation performance data for one or more translator groups. Use the input help and multiple selection button for the Translator Group field to select the translator group(s) that you require.

   • You can select translation performance data for one or more translators. Use the input help and multiple selection button for the Translator field to select the translator(s) that you require.

3. In the Translation group box:

   • Select a source language for which you want to display translation performance data using the input help for the Source Language field.

   • Select a target language for which you want to display translation performance data using the input help for the Target Language field.

4. In the Selection Basis group box:

   • You can select one or more collections for which you want to view translation performance data using the input help for the Collections field. If you leave the Collections field empty, the system displays TPMO data for all collections.

   • You can select one or more object types for which you want to view translation performance data using the input help for the Object Types field. If you leave the Object Types field empty, the system displays TPMO data for all object types.

5. In the Dataset group box:

   • You can select translation performance data for one or more datasets using the input help for the From and To fields.

   • You can display the current translation performance dataset by selecting the Include Current Dataset checkbox.

6. You can select the ALV layout that you want to use to display translation performance data using the input help for the ALV Layout field.

7. Choose Execute.

   The system displays a summary of translation performance data for your selection.

8. To view translation performance data in the ALV layout that you selected, choose TPMO.

The system displays translation performance data in accordance with the settings that you maintained on the Translation Performance Monitor screen.
