Displaying Worklist OverviewsLocate this document in the navigation structure

Context

After you have created object lists and evaluations to generate worklists, this range of functions enables you to display various overviews with which you can check the object lists, evaluations, and worklists you have created.

To display overviews of object lists, worklists, and evaluations in transaction Translation Administration (LXE_MASTER), select the Evaluations tab page and then choose one of the following pushbuttons to display the overview that you require.

Procedure

  • Object Lists: You see a list of existing object lists, their IDs, types, statuses, descriptions, the users who last changed them, when they were last changed, the users who created them, the dates on which they were created, their job names, their job IDs, and whether the domains were refreshed when the object lists were created.

If you want to see how many objects of each object type are included in an object list, and the original languages of these objects, select the object list and choose Display content of selected object lists.

If you want to display the parameters used to create an object list, select the object list and choose Parameters.

  • Worklists: You see a list of all worklists in the system, their numbers, descriptions, the users who last changed them, and the dates on which they were last changed.

If you want to see how many objects of each object type are included in a worklist for a particular target language, select the worklist, choose Display content of selected worklists, and then expand the node for the target language in question.

  • Evaluations: You see a list of existing evaluations, their evaluation IDs, statuses, descriptions, the users who last changed them, when they were last changed, the users who created them, the dates on which they were created, their job names, and their job IDs.

If you want to display the parameters used to create an evaluation, select the evaluation and choose Parameters.

  • Job Overview: You see a list of background jobs that have run to create object lists or evaluations. Dark blue jobs are still running. Light blue jobs have been scheduled. Green jobs have already run successfully. If jobs are highlighted in red, it means that errors occurred.
  • Current Run: You see the processing status of the current evaluation run. For more information, see Monitoring an Evaluation Run.
  • Run Details: You see the processing status of individual target languages in the current evaluation. The I section indicates target languages for which the evaluation has not started yet. The R section indicates target languages for which the evaluation is currently running. The X section indicates target languages for which the evaluation has already run.
  • Statistics: This takes you to the Translation Statistics screen.

You can access more overviews in transaction LXE_MASTER on the Overviews tab page. Choose one of the pushbuttons to display the overview that you require:

  • Object Exceptions: You see a list of objects, sorted by object type, that are defined as exceptions and are therefore excluded from the translation workflow. For example:
    DTEL
    Data Elements

    APPR_INDEX

    -----

This means that DTEL object APPR_INDEX is not translated into any target languages in the system.

    TLGS
    Lockable Logical Objects (Short Texts)

    PCYS*

    deDE

    enUS

    jaJP

This means that TLGS objects whose technical names start with PCYS are not translated into any target languages in the system except for deDE, enUS, and jaJP.

  • Domains: You see the domains that exist in the system.
  • Clients: You see the translation clients that have been defined for each target language.
