Purpose

You can make staff assignment proposals as part of the planning of operations or exercises for the positions or force elements created.

Prerequisites

You have set up an operational structure or exercise target using force elements and positions, and familiarized yourself with staff assignment proposals .

You have familiarized yourself with the Human Resources component.

Process Flow

In the following section it is assumed that, in your central system landscape, you do not run human resources in the same system as the Defense Forces & Public Security component, but rather in a separate personnel system. However, it is also fundamentally possible to use the staff assignment proposal functions even if you do not have a separate personnel system (the distribution steps are not carried out in this case).
