Definition
Staff assignment proposals for the operational or exercise force element.
Use
You can assign persons to force elements and positions of an operational structure or exercise target as a staff assignment proposal. The relationships created for this also only represent
proposals
in
Active
status. You can
convert
these proposals to operational/exercise relationships if required.
You can carry out staff assignment proposals with and without contingent assignments .
You can use the
Staff Assignment Proposals
tab page to create new staff assignment proposals as well as to display, change, or delete existing staff assignment proposals.
You can use the
Staff Assignment
tab page to convert staff assignment proposals to standard operational/exercise relationships as well as to delete existing assignments of persons.

(Staff Assignment
tab page only)Specifies either a staff assignment proposal or an operational/exercise relationship for the assignment of a person. The following statuses are possible:
You have assigned the person directly (without converting a staff assignment proposal). This can refer to an operational/exercise relationship or a relationship of the organizational structure that is involved in the operational structure/exercise target.
You have assigned the person by converting a staff assignment proposal.
The person is assigned as a staff assignment proposal. You have not yet converted the staff assignment proposal.
Position/Text
Specifies the current staffing status of a position. The following statuses are possible:
Position is not yet filled in the specified period.
Position is already partly filled in the specified period.
Position is already filled in the specified period.
