 Staff Assignment Proposal Conversion

Use

You can convert active staff assignment proposals to actual operational/exercise relationships. During execution, the staff assignment proposals are converted to the relevant relationships for operational structures or exercise targets ( 805 or 825 ). These relationships are stored in infotype 0748 and have Active status.

Prerequisites

You have created and activated staff assignment proposals. See also Creating Staff Assignment Proposals .

The staff assignment proposals were distributed to the separate personnel system if required.

You may have to select an organizational measure before you can edit force elements.

Procedure

You are in the edit mode of the Personnel Categories Planning application (transaction /ISDFPS/PERS1).

  1. Select the required force element.

  2. Choose Detail Screens.

  3. Choose the Staff Assignment tab page.

  4. Select the staff assignment proposal that you want to convert. You can also select multiple staff assignment proposals if required.

  5. Choose Copy Staff Assignment Proposal .

  6. Change the required period of time if necessary.

  7. Choose Execute.

Result

  • The system creates the corresponding relationship in infotype 0748 in Active status.

    This is displayed on the relevant tab pages for operational/exercise relationships, as well as on the Staff Assignment tab page for the objects concerned.

  • The staff assignment proposal is retained. If you have changed the assignment period, the original value is restored.
