 Maintenance Relationships

Definition

The temporary, to-the-minute relationships between force elements that control to which force element a maintenance notification or maintenance order is forwarded.

Use

Use this object to specify the force element to which a maintenance notification or maintenance order for a specific damage type is forwarded. At the same time, the relevant assigned responsible work centers are determined. For information about forwarding orders and notifications, see Document Forwarding .

Structure

Maintenance relationships between force elements are:

  • Mapped using the relationship A/B 807 (see also Support Relationships )

  • Stored in tables of the FORCER framework

  • Created, edited, and displayed in the Structures Workbench on the Support Relationship tab page

Properties

You enter the following properties for an assignment:

  • Name/ID/Code

    The assigned force element.

  • Object Status/Object Status (Text)

The status of the assigned force element.

  • Valid from / Valid to

The validity period of the assigned force element.

  • Relationship Text

    A description of the relationship.

  • Relationship Status/Relationship Status (Text)

    The status of the relationship.

  • Standard Supplier (Default)

If you do not assign a damage type to a maintenance relationship, this relationship becomes a default maintenance relationship.

  • Damage Type

Since the relevant maintenance provider can differ depending on the type of damage, you can use the damage type to distinguish your maintenance relationships by different damage type (damage types include electrical damage and hydraulic damage).

When you create a maintenance relationship, you delimit the relationship (to the minute), and define the damage type for which the relationship is to be used.

In Customizing for Defense Forces & Public Security , you define the damage types by choosing Start of the navigation path Organizational Flexibility Next navigation step Command and Support Relationships Next navigation step Define Damage Types for Maintenance Relationships End of the navigation path .

    Note Note

To show and hide fields, you can choose Column Configuration .

    End of the note.
  • Workflow Date/Workflow Time

Indicates the time at which the workflow is triggered for an expiring maintenance relationship.

  • For Planned Operation / Planned Delimitation Date / Status , see Delimiting/Deleting with Status Change .

Integration

For information about integration between force elements, master equipment, positions, and work centers, see Assignments to Maintenance Objects .
