Function documentationChecklist Dashboard

You use the checklists function to create and edit checklists and checklist items of initiatives (see Checklist and Checklist Items). Checklists help you to define the deliverables, such as KPIs or documents, that are mandatory for a phase approval. In the Checklists screen, you can monitor the status of the deliverables.

To navigate to the Checklists screen, open an initiative in the Portfolio Management context. On the Initiative Details screen, choose the Checklists pushbutton.

Features

On the Checklists screen, you can do the following:

  • View the object header of the initiative (see Object Header).

  • View the structure of the initiative in the structure tree. The phases of the initiative are displayed at the top level and the checklists are displayed at the lower levels.

  • Create, schedule, or print checklists or checklist items.

  • Search phases, checklists, or checklist items.

The features listed above are identical to those in Project Management, but in Project Management you make the settings for a project and here you make the settings for an initiative.
