The structure tree offers you an overview of your project structure with the project elements (see Project Elements).

Integration

If you schedule evaluations (see Evaluations) the system uses icons to display the Level of Severity of your project elements. This enables you to see at a glance whether threshold values have been violated.

Features

  • The individual project elements are depicted by symbols:

    • Project (Project)

    • Project Not Locked (Project Not Locked)

    • Checklist Item (Checklist Item)

    • Checklist Item Not Locked (Checklist Item Not Locked)

    • Master Task (Master Task)

    • Master Task Not Locked (Master Task Not Locked)

    • Milestone (Milestone)

    • Milestone Not Locked (Milestone Not Locked)

    • Mirrored Task (Mirrored Task)

    • Mirrored Task Not Locked (Mirrored Task Not Locked)

    • Phase (Phase)

    • Phase Not Locked (Phase Not Locked)

    • Program (Program)

    • Program Not Locked (Program Not Locked)

    • Task (Task)

    • Task Not Locked (Task Not Locked)

    • Checklist (Checklist)

    • Checklist Not Locked (Checklist Not Locked)

  • If these symbols are filled, you are in change mode. If the symbols are not filled, you are in display mode.

  • You can use pushbuttons to expand or collapse the structure or parts of the structure.

  • You can navigate in the structure and display the data for a project element in the right-hand screen area by clicking on that project element.

  • You can set filters (see Setting the Filter) for project elements.
