Procedure documentationPrinting an Object

 

You can print objects in Project Management using the printing functions in the Adobe Reader.

Prerequisites

  • Your system administrator defined a print template for the object.

  • You opened an object to edit or display.

  • The Adobe Reader or the corresponding plug-in is installed.

  • You have authorization to edit or display the object.

Procedure

  1. Choose Print Fact Sheet.

  2. Select a print template.

  3. Select a language.

  4. Change the print options for the individual objects, as required.

  5. Choose Preview.

    The system formats the template and displays it in Adobe Reader. You can change the print template, language, or options by choosing Print Parameters.

  6. Print the document.
