Review Details
You can display or change attributes of the review object on the Review Details
screen.
You navigate to this view by clicking a review in the dashboard for reviews. For more information, see Review Creation.
Here you can display and update the general information for identifying the review, such as:
Review Name
and ID
Depending on your Customizing settings, the ID is generated using the SAP number assignment functionality or a customer-defined processing logic, or a character key (Universal Unique Identifier) is generated on saving. The generated ID can be overwritten manually.

Status
Review Date
: Specify the date on which you want to use the review to monitor the items or initiatives associated with it. Enter this date manually or use the date picker (see Date
Picker).
Bucket Name
You can create your own fields to display additional information by choosing in Customizing for SAP Portfolio and Project Management
, and assign the fields to the Additional Information
subview in the Customizing activity Assign Fields to Views/Subviews
. Only if you assign
customer-specific fields to the Additional Information
subview, it is displayed under Overview
.
Here, you can add and remove the items or initiatives to be reviewed. For more information, see Initiative and Item Management.
To view the item or initiative score, choose the Scoreboard
pushbutton. The scoreboard displays a list with all the items or initiatives you have assigned to the review as well as their scores, depending on the scoring model you have selected. For more information,
see Item or Initiative Score.
You can display a list of existing what-if scenarios to the current review or create scenarios. For more information, see What-If Scenario Management.
You can display or add notes relevant to the review. For more information, see Notes.

You can add and remove authorizations for users and user roles (see Authorizations in Portfolio Management). The user creating the review is automatically added with administration authorization. This cannot be changed afterwards.
