You can create a single portfolio review or multiple portfolio reviews.

A review is created at bucket level and is applicable to select items or initiatives within the bucket.

Prerequisites

You have created an item or an initiative.

Features

You create a review as follows:

  1. On the dashboard for Reviews, choose Create ->Create Review to create a single review, or choose Create Multiple Reviews to create multiple reviews simultaneously.

    • If you create a single review, the system creates the review with complete detail data.

    • If you create multiple reviews simultaneously, you can only enter details for the mandatory fields at first.

      Once you have created multiple reviews, you can add more information by accessing the corresponding review from the dashboard for Reviews. Here, you click the review to get to the Review Details screen (see Review Details).

  2. On the Create Review screen, choose Select Bucket to select a bucket from the displayed list. For more information, see Bucket Selection. Choose Start to continue, or Close to return to the previous screen.

  3. On the Overview subview under General Information, you must fill in the following fields:

    • Review Name

    • ID

    • Status

    Note Note

    To change the bucket on this screen without having to go back to the previous screen, choose Change Creation Parameters.
