The portfolio item (item) is a generic object that represents proposals, projects, or concepts, for example. You use this process to capture details for the item, including customer-specific attributes or services. You can aggregate items to collections.

Process

  1. The system displays an overview of all portfolio items in the dashboard of items.

  2. You create either a single item or multiple items.

  3. You choose a bucket and an item type or an item template.

  4. You define the details for the decision points of the item.

  5. You define dependencies of this item to other items.

  6. You create object links.

  7. You create a collaboration room for this item.

  8. You create versions of an item.
