Function documentationItem or Initiative Score

 

Here, you can view the item or initiative attribute that is enabled by the scoring model.

You navigate to this dialog box by choosing the dashboard for Portfolio Items or Portfolio Initiatives. Select an item or an initiative. On the Item Details or Initiative Details screen, choose the Additional Information subview of the Overview view. Choose Scoring Model next to the Probability Technical Success field.

When you choose Scoring Model, the dialog box displays the score information. The display has fields and features as outlined below.

Features

The item or initiative score contains a table with the following fields:

Field

Description

Criterion

Displays the scoring model used.

Weighting

Displays the weight for this item or initiative.

Actual Value

Displays the value for this item or initiative.

To see an explanation of the score value for a specific item or initiative using a specific scoring model, choose Display Weighted Score Calculation.
