Function documentationStaffing Overview

With this function, you can have an overview for project and role staffing and resource assignment on the fast entry screen.

  • You can choose the arrow to the left of the project and drill down to view details such as demand, remaining demand, and total assigned effort for each assigned role. Additionally, you can click each assigned resource to display its details. For more information, see Resource Details.

  • You can also click the project and role names to access detailed information.

  • Depending on your needs as a resource manager, program manager, or project manager managing several projects, you can save the search criteria for resources and projects as views. To do so, you can toggle between Switch to Favorites and Switch to Views and define and edit your own views.
