Workspace system administrators can monitor and manage enterprise workspaces. This includes, for example, deleting a workspace that has not been used for a specific period of time.

The administrator monitors workspaces using queries. Enterprise workspaces provide a set of queries that enable the administrator to view the status and usage of workspaces in the system. For example, a query that returns all the published workspaces with no visits in the last year.

The query results are presented in a list. The administrator can manage the workspaces in the list using the following actions:

  • Reassign ownership of a workspace

  • Close a workspace

  • Reopen a workspace

  • Delete a workspace

  • Manage modules in a workspace

In addition, there is a query for displaying the number of workspaces per type, including distribution between personal and shared workspaces, and between published, draft, and closed workspaces. The results of this query are not presented in a list, but rather in the visual format of pie charts.
