Reopening a closed workspace sets the workspace status to draft. For information about publishing a workspace, see Creating and Configuring a Shared Workspace.

Note Note

You can use the query Draft workspaces to view all the workspaces in draft status.

Prerequisites

  • You are assigned the Workspace System Administration role

  • You are assigned the Workspace Access role

Procedure

  1. In the portal, navigate to   Workspace Administration   Workspaces  .

    The Monitor and Manage Workspaces page appears.

  2. Run the query Closed workspaces to locate the workspace you need.

    For more information, see Running a Query.

  3. Select the workspace in the table.

  4. Choose Reopen Workspace.

  5. Choose Yes.

    An e-mail notification is sent to the workspace managers.
