Prerequisites

You are assigned the Workspaces System Administration role.

Note Note

To use management options, such as closing a workspace, on query results, you need to be assigned the Workspace Access role as well.

Procedure

  1. In the portal, navigate to   Workspace Administration   Workspaces  .

    The Monitor and Manage Workspaces page appears.

  2. From the Query dropdown list, select a query.

    The Description field displays a description for the selected query.

  3. To refine the query results, you can also specify the workspace owners to use in the query, by using the Select option to search for owners. For more information, see Selecting Workspace Owners for a Query below.

  4. Choose Run Query.

  1. In the portal, navigate to   Workspace Administration   Workspaces  .

    The Monitor and Manage Workspaces page appears.

  2. Choose the Select button (located to the right of the Owners field).

    The Search Owners dialog box appears.

  3. Search for owners using the search field.

    The search results are listed in the Search Results table.

  4. Use the Add and Remove buttons to create the list of owners in the Selected Users table.

  5. Choose Done to add the users in the Selected Users table to the Owners field.
