Prerequisites

  • You are assigned the Workspaces System Administration role

  • You are assigned the Workspaces Access role

Procedure

  1. In the portal, navigate to   Workspace Administration   Workspaces  .

    The Monitor and Manage Workspaces page appears.

  2. Run a query to help you locate the workspace you need.

    For more information, see Running a Query.

  3. Select the workspace in the table.

  4. Choose Reassign Ownership.

    The Reassign Ownership dialog box opens.

  5. When there are other managers, you can select another manager from the list. If there are no other managers, you assign yourself as the manager, by choosing the Me radio button.

    E-mail notifications are sent to the previous owner, who is now a manager, and to the newly assigned owner.

  6. Choose OK.
