Use the query Distribution of workspaces to view the number of workspaces per type, including the distribution between personal and shared workspaces, and between published, draft, and closed workspaces. The results of this query are presented in pie charts.

Prerequisites

You are assigned the Workspace System Administration role.

Procedure

  1. In the portal, navigate to   Workspace Administration   Workspaces  .

    The Monitor and Manage Workspaces page appears.

  2. From the Query dropdown list, select the query Distribution of workspaces.

  3. Choose Run Query.
