Modeling a Project
You use this procedure to model the individual steps that comprise the project.
You must have created a scenario.
...
1. Log on to the CRM server and choose Architecture and Technology ® Middleware ® Development ® Development Scenarios ® Middleware Object Navigator (transaction CMWMON).
The Middleware Object Navigator screen appears.
2. Select Scenarios from the drop-down list.
3. Enter the name of the scenario for which you want to model the steps and choose Enter.
The scenario appears in the generic tree.

·
To view the list of
existing scenarios, choose

6. To model a process step, double-click the required step.
The corresponding application is invoked.

· You can assign a step to an existing instance. For more information, see Assigning an Instance of an Object Type to a Process Step.

· If the process step is a Documented step, the documentation for the step is displayed.
· After you model a step, the status of the step changes to Completed (in case of a normal step). However, if the process step is external, you need to manually set the status to Completed. For more information, see Statuses of a Process Step and Completing an External Step.
7.
To view details about
errors (if any) that occur during the modeling process, choose
.
The Display logs dialog box appears.

If no errors occur during the modeling process, the Display logs dialog box is blank.
The modeled instances appear under the scenario in the generic tree.
You have created a scenario that contains the following steps:
· Model a BDoc
· Model a replication object
· Model a publication object
You can choose to assign the steps to an existing instance of the object or model the steps. If you model the steps, the corresponding application is invoked when you double-click a step. Therefore, to model the BDoc type, the BDoc modeler is invoked. Similarly, to model the replication and publication objects Administration Console is invoked.
