Use

You use this procedure to:

·        Revert the status of a process step

·        Repeat the execution of a process step

Procedure

...

       1.      Log on to the CRM server and choose Architecture and Technology ® Middleware ® Development ® Development Scenarios ® Middleware Object Navigator (transaction CMWMON).

The Middleware Object Navigator screen appears.

       2.      Select Scenarios from the drop-down list.

       3.      Enter the name of the scenario that contains the external steps to be reverted or repeated.

The scenario appears in the generic tree.

·         To view the list of existing scenarios, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

·         In addition, to select a set of scenarios, you can use the wild card characters asterisk (*) and percentage (%). For example, to select scenario names that start with SMOG, enter smog* and choose Enter.

       4.      Double-click the scenario.

The Scenario Details screen appears.

       5.      Under Plan Steps, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

The Model Steps pane appears.

To expand or collapse all the steps, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text or This graphic is explained in the accompanying text respectively.

       6.      Select the required step.

       7.      To revert the status of a step, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

When you revert the execution of a step, if any other instance of the step exists and is not completed, you cannot revert the step.

       8.      To repeat the execution of a step, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

·         You can repeat a step only if the status of the step is set to Completed.

·         When you repeat the execution of a step,

·         A check is performed to determine whether that step can be repeated. If the step can be repeated, a new instance of the step is created with the status as Not Started.

·         If any other instance of the step exists and is not completed, you cannot repeat the step.
