Company Employees 
Company employees are decentral (remote) system users (users) who are defined on the CRM Server.
For information on
how to create employees, see the documentation about
business
partners.
With the Administration Console in change mode, you can lock or unlock employees and assign a logon name and password for the mobile client.
To display
employees who have already been defined, in Object type, choose the object type
Company Employee. If required, make an entry in the Object Name
field and choose the
icon.
The already created employees can be changed.
The tables that belong to the employees are sent to the currently responsible sites.

Employee data is distributed via a specific BDoc type (for example, EMPLOYEE_WRITE). For this purpose a replication object with the same name must be available. This employee data is only received by those sites that have subscribed to the respective publication (for example, EMPLOYEE).
