Procedure documentation Working with Commands Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

You use this procedure to work with commands in an Upgrade Unit. You can also indicate the order in which these commands have to be executed while mobile clients are upgraded.

Prerequisites

You have done one of the following:

·        Loaded an existing Upgrade Unit

·        Opened an existing Upgrade Script

Procedure

       1.      In the Upgrade Editorchoose the Commands tab.

       2.      Add commands by choosing the required command button from the command toolbar. For more information, see the following list of commands:

¡        Copy/Move Command

¡        Run Command

¡        Delete Command

¡        Generic Command

¡        SQL command

¡        Registry Command

¡        Reboot Command

¡        Offline Upgrade Command

You can remove or modify any of the commands that you have added to the Upgrade Unit by choosing the Remove or Modify button from the Commands toolbar.

       3.      If you want to change the order in which the commands have to be executed:

¡        Choose a command

¡        Choose the priority button on the right of the command list

       4.      Choose Save.
