Starting Gap Analyses as Batch
Jobs
If you want to analyze large volumes of data, we recommend you start gap analyses in batch processing. This schedules the analysis to start at a later point in time so that it can be carried out overnight, for example. The system stores the results in the Result Database (RDB); the results can be displayed from here at any time.
Make sure that the valuation and aggregation run types you require are available. You create valuation and aggregation run types in Customizing for Strategy Analyzer by choosing Bank Analyzer ® Analytics® Strategy Analyzer ® Processes ® Edit Valuation Run Types or Edit Aggregation Run Types.
