Screens for Data Entry
In the AFS Sales view you can enter order header information, such as payment terms, order reason, delivering plant, additional customer group, and so on.
In the AFS Item overview you can enter SKU data by entering a grid, using the line entry screen or the ATP entry screen.
· Grid entry: By entering a grid you can enter the order data at SKU level. The grid entry screen shows the possible dimensions (such as size and color). You can the enter the order quantity per grid value. The grid order entry screen only shows valid input fields based on the master grid or the sales grid of the material.
· Line entry: In the line entry screen you can select the grid value and the desired order quantity for a material. You can call the line entry screen for a material by double-clicking on the requested delivery date of an item. This method is especially useful if the customer orders only few dimensions of a material. In this screen you can check individual delivery details or enter a reason for rejection per grid value. You can check the following data:
¡ Reason for rejection
¡ Schedule line group
¡ Grid value and quantity
¡ Delivery block
¡ Season indicator
· ATP order entry screen: -With the ATP order entry screen you can provide your customer with an overview of the available quantities of a material per category and grid value (for example, in telesales). You can call the ATP order entry screen for a material by double-clicking on the requested delivery date of an item. The system either displays the available quantity per grid value or displays the time period during which the material can be replenished.
¡ A green indicator is displayed in the screen if all grid values of the material can be replenished.
¡ A yellow indicator is displayed in the screen, if at least one grid value of the material cannot be replenished.
¡ A red indicator is displayed in the screen if the selected order item cannot be replenished at all.
¡ 999999 is displayed in the screen, if the material is sold with replenishment lead time.
AFS provides a special interface element for the fast entry of sales orders with AFS materials. Being able to enter various grid values using the keyboard, without having to use the mouse is very useful, especially in telesales.

T-shirt (color/size): After entering the material number, first enter the desired color of the T-shirt (such as black). Then enter the first requested size (such as XL) and the order quantity. If there are to be other sizes ordered, enter the next size and quantity (and so on). In the next line you can then enter the next color without having to re-enter the material number. You can now enter the quantities of the T-shirt accordingly.
