When you use the detailed scheduling planning board which you can invoke in the product planning table , you perform scheduling in the environment of the products and resources in the product planning table. In the standard system, the detailed scheduling planning board displays a resource chart . This displays the resource schedule for the planning horizon, that you entered when invoking the product planning table.

In the product planning table and detailed scheduling planning board that you call up in the product planning table, you perform simulative planning in a similar way to the directly invoked detailed scheduling planning board on the basis of the planning versionfor which you have called up the product planning table. In contrast to the directly called detailed scheduling planning board, you cannot explicitly save the simulation versionin the product planning table for further processing at a later date if required. If you save in the product planning table, you also copy the changes that you have simulated in the DS planning board for the schedule to the planning version.

The system displays the detailed scheduling planning board as a chart in the product planning table. You can manually schedule objects with Drag&Drop . You can call up additional scheduling functions using context menus. To do this, click on an object in the table section with the right mouse button or on a graphical object in the diagram section.
