1. Choose New Business ® Mortgage Loan ®Application/Contract Offer/Contract ® Create.
The Create Application/Contract Offer/Contract: Initial Screen appears.
When creating an application/contract offer/contract, you have the following options:
Enter all the master data for the application/offer/contract manually.
Copy all the relevant master data from an application/offer/contract that has already been created.
Choose Copy from... . In the Copy Contract screen, enter the application/offer/contract for the loan you want to copy. The following master data can be copied:
- Conditions
- Collateral
- Loan partner
The system only copies data from the partner that is currently assigned to the loan. You can see which partner is currently valid for the loan in the Partner List on the Partner tab page. By choosing History you can display all the other partners that have been assigned to the loan previously or are assigned for the future and that are not copied here using the Copy from function.
- Objects
- Encumbrances
- User fields

When you copy the master data, certain fields are not copied (the fields of the structure RVDARL_CLEAR in the data dictionary). This is the standard setting. However, by adding an append structure to this structure, you can define other fields to be excluded when the data is copied to the master data screens. These fields do not contain default values in the new transaction. You will find additional information under Creating an Append Structure for the Master Data.
c. You can copy the data for the application, offer or contract from a sample loan. In this case, you copy predefined settings. These settings can then be adapted to meet specific customer requirements.
In the Reference data section, enter the number of the sample loan. Choose Enter.

You can only transfer data from a sample loan if a sample loan has been defined. (You create sample loans by choosing Sample loan.)
2. Enter the company code and product type. Depending on your Customizing settings, either the system or the user assigns the Loan Number. Choose Enter.
