Result
The data in a released waste approval is automatically transferred to the following places in Waste Management and used for checks:
- The system transfers data from the waste approval to a
disposal document under certain conditions when you assign the waste approval to the disposal document (see
Assigning Waste Approvals).
- If you have assigned a waste approval to a disposal document, the system also updates the waste quantity specified in the disposal document in the waste approval and checks that the waste quantity licensed there is not exceeded (see
Automatic Quantity Update).
The system automatically uses a purchasing document of category K (
contract), which you specified for a waste disposer in the waste approval, under certain conditions when you create a purchase order from the SAP disposal processing component and specify the waste disposer (see
Determination of a Valid Contract from the Master Data).
