Proposal Pool Administration: Distribution

Use

The Distribution function in Proposal Pool Administration enables you to activate automatic distribution to take place during the evaluation run in the translation system, and to view the statistics for these automatic distribution runs.

Integration

If you activate automatic distribution in Proposal Pool Administration, automatic distribution will take place every time that an evaluation run takes place. The texts you select here (flagged proposals, unique proposals, or best proposals) will be distributed in all development classes that you have assigned to translators and in all object types that you have defined for automatic distribution in transaction SLWA.

Prerequisites

If you only want to distribute translations that you have specifically flagged for automatic distribution, you first need to set automatic distribution in the proposal pool for the target texts you want to distribute. For more information, see Flagging Texts for Automatic Distribution.

You also need to have defined the object types in which you want to distribute translations when you run the evaluation. For more information, see Setting Object Types for Automatic Distribution.

When you run an evaluation in transaction SLWB, you need to select the Automatic distribution indicator. For more information, see Creating an Evaluation Run
