Displaying an Overview of Distribution Parameters

Use

You can use the Overview function in Proposal Pool Administration to display how the distribution parameters have been defined for all source and target language combinations available in the system.

Prerequisites

To display parameters for automatic distribution, you need to have value 4 (Coordinator) assigned to the area Proposal pool maintenance in your translator profile.

To define parameters for automatic distribution, you need to have authorization S_ADMI_FCD in your user profile

Procedure

Call up transaction STMA.

Choose Distribution ® Overview.

The Distribution Parameters for Evaluation Runs screen appears.

Result

The system displays a table containing the following information for each source and target language combination available in the system:

Source language
Target language
Distribution active
Flagged proposals
Unique proposals
Best proposal
User name of last person to change distribution parameters
Date when distribution parameters last changed
Time when distribution parameters last changed

Note

Checkboxes indicate whether an option is active or not: an empty checkbox means that the option is not active, a tick in the checkbox means that this option is active.

You can also modify distribution parameters in this view, by choosing the Display <--> Change icon, changing the contents of the checkboxes and then saving your changes.
