
Creating a Standard Address List Version
You create the initial address list version on the overview screen of the sales promotion, either immediately or with a background job.
Procedure
If you want to create the address list in a later background job, choose Create in background.
If you are creating the address list with a background job, enter the date and time when you want the background job to run. The system applies the results of the background job to your direct mailing automatically.
When you initiate the creation of an address list immediately or in the background, the system automatically saves the direct mailing first.
Result
Once the address list has been created, the system displays the following information on the direct mailing screen:
You can now edit the list of addresses or create additional versions by choosing Display addresses or Further versions. In the following screen, you can:
