Prerequisite

You must be in the Change sales promotion screen to create another address list version.

CautionYou cannot call up this function in Change address list from the Sales Support menu. This prevents several users working on the versions at the same time.

Procedure

  1. From the Change sales promotion screen, choose Further versions.
  2. You can create the address list version immediately or later in a background job. Choose Create immediately or Create in background respectively.
  3. In both cases enter the following information:
  1. If you are creating the address list with a background job, enter the date and time when you want the background job to run. The system enters the results of the background job in your direct mailing automatically.
