Deleting Addresses From Address List Versions

Prerequisites

There are three ways of reaching the Edit Version screen where you can change your address list:

From the Sales Support menu, choose Sales promotions ® Address list ® Change. Enter the sales promotion number whose address list you want to change.

Note Several users can change the address list by calling it up from the Sales Support menu. This means that if the address list is very large, different users can work on different intervals.

In the Change sales promotion screen, choose Display addresses.

If the address list contains only one interval, you reach the address screen.
If the address list version contains more than one interval, you reach the interval overview screen. Select the interval you want to edit and choose Display addresses.

In the Address section of the Change sales promotion screen, choose Further versions. Select the version you want to change and choose Display addresses.

Note The address list cannot be changed by any other user if you call it up directly from the sales promotion.

Procedure

Once you have reached the Edit Version screen, proceed as follows:

Select the address(es) you want to delete and choose Edit ® Delete address.

In the dialog box, choose Yes to confirm that you want to delete the selected address(es).

Save the address list version before you exit the screen.

Result

The system deletes the selected address(es) from the list.
