
Completion Indicator in Address Lists
Use
In Telesales and Telemarketing, you use address lists to contact business partners one at a time in the case of a call center campaign, or all at once, for example in a mass mailing. With the completion indicator, you can indicate which addresses or groups of addresses have already been processed, so that a customer is contacted only once per campaign.
You can set the completion status for:
Activities
You can change the status of the whole address list or of individual addresses.
You cannot set or change a status if someone else is processing the same interval or address at the same time as you.
You must release all versions of the address list in order to carry out the mailing.
