Reporting

Purpose

You can use this SAP component to create various reports in Waste Management.

Implementation Considerations

If you use SAP EH&S on a 4.6B or 4.6C R/3 Release, one of the following conditions must be fulfilled so that you can use the functions in the SAP reporting component:

In the IMG activity Create Report Tree in Customizing for Waste Management, you must have set up a report tree in your namespace that corresponds to the report tree EHSW delivered or have transported the report tree EHSW delivered to your production client.
You must have assigned one of the composite roles delivered in the standard system for Waste Management to the users.

Features

The following reports are available to you:

You can display all the released waste approvals in a list and check how much of the waste quantity licensed in the waste approval has already been disposed of (see Overview of Quantities Used in Waste Approvals).

You can create waste life-cycle analyses (see Creation of Waste Life-Cycle Analyses).

You can display disposal documents that fulfill specific search criteria in a simplified list (see Simplified Disposal Document Display). In the standard system, the following variants of this report are also delivered:

You can list all disposal documents for which the return-within period has been exceeded.

You can list all disposal documents for which the waste quantity entered by the waste generator (outgoing quantity) differs from the waste quantity confirmed by the waste disposer (quantity disposed of).
