Overview of Quantities Used in Waste Approvals

Use

You can use this function to display the released waste approvals in a list and check how much of the waste quantity licensed in the waste approval has already been disposed of.

Features

In the list, the following data on the waste approvals is displayed:

Waste code

Waste quantity licensed for the waste approval and waste code

Waste quantity already disposed of, in other words the waste quantity already called

Waste quantity called as a percentage of the licensed waste quantity

Remaining quantity, in other words the licensed waste quantity that has not yet been called

Alert quantity

The following icons are used to display how much of the licensed waste quantity has already been called:

: The alert quantity has not yet been reached or, if no alert quantity was specified, less than 95% of the licensed waste quantity has been called.
: The alert quantity has been reached or, if no alert quantity was specified, at least 95% of the licensed waste quantity has been called.
: No information is available about the waste quantity called. This can have the following causes, for example:

The waste quantities entered result in errors. This can be the case, for example, if a waste quantity is negative or if a waste quantity is equal to 0 and occurs in a division.
The units of measure cannot be converted into one another.

The data is displayed via modules in general list processing (SAP List Viewer, ALV), whose standard functions (for example, sorting, display variants, export to certain file formats, and so on) are available in the list.

Activities

Execute one of the following procedures to display the waste approvals and the waste quantities called:

If you are using the EHSW report tree or a corresponding report tree of your own, proceed as follows:

In the Waste Management menu, choose Reporting ® Reporting.

Enter the report tree EHSW or your own report tree and choose .

Under Waste Approvals, double-click the function Waste Approval Call-Off.

If you are using one of the roles delivered for Waste Management in the standard system, choose Waste approvals ® Waste approval call-off in your user menu.
