Simplified Disposal Document Display in List Form 
Use
You can use this function to display a list of the most important data in
disposal documents.
This function is also available in the WST_DISPOSAL_PAPERS MiniApp.
Prerequisites
This function is only available if you have installed the Workplace plug-in for the mySAP.com Workplace 2.10 or 2.11.

Features
The data is displayed via modules in general list processing (SAP List Viewer, ALV), whose standard functions (for example, sorting, display variants, export to certain file formats, and so on) are available in the list.
In the standard system, the following variants of this function are also delivered:
- You can use the Timeout function to display disposal documents for which the
return-within period has been exceeded.
You can use the Quantity deviation function to display disposal documents for which the waste quantity entered by the waste generator (outgoing quantity) differs from the waste quantity confirmed by the waste disposer (quantity disposed of).
Activities
Execute one of the following procedures to display the most important data for disposal documents:
- If you are using the EHSW report tree or a corresponding report tree of your own, proceed as follows:
- In the
Waste Management menu, choose Reporting ®
Reporting.
Enter the report tree EHSW or your own report tree and choose 
.
Under Disposal Documents, double-click the Disposal documents list display function.
The Disposal documents list display screen appears.
Enter data as required and choose 
.
- If you are using one of the roles delivered for Waste Management in the standard system, proceed as follows:
- In your user menu, choose Disposal documents ®

- Enter data as required and choose .
Execute one of the following procedures to execute the variants in this function that are delivered in the standard system:
- If you are using the EHSW report tree or a corresponding report tree of your own, proceed as follows:
- In the
Waste Management menu, choose Reporting ®
Reporting.
Enter the report tree EHSW or your own report tree and choose .
Under Disposal Documents ®
Disposal documents list display, double-click one of the following functions:
- Timeout
if you want to display the disposal documents for which the return-within period has been exceeded
- Quantity deviation
if you want to display the disposal documents for which the outgoing quantity differs from the quantity disposed of
- If you are using one of the roles delivered for Waste Management in the standard system, choose Disposal documents ®
