Use

You want to access a risk assessment to view it or edit it.

Prerequisites

You have created the risk assessment using one of the following methods:

The Display Work Area: Exposure Profile or Edit Work Area: Exposure Profile screen is displayed.

Opening Risk Assessments from the Exposure Profile

  1. From the list of agents, choose the agent for which you want to open the risk assessment.
  2. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Assessment. You will find this pushbutton below the list of agents.
  3. This takes you to a hit list, which contains all risk assessments for the agent in the work area in question.

  4. Select the relevant assessment in the hit list and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Assessment.

Opening Risk Assessments from Risk Assessment

  1. Depending on whether you want to display or edit, in the Industrial Hygiene and Safety menu choose Agents ® Display risk assessments or Agents ® Edit risk assessments.
  2. Run a search query.
  3. Note

    The search function is executed using user exits of the category *_QUERY. When you set up your system, you can therefore define enhancements for additional search criteria. For more information, see Manage User Exits in Customizing for Industrial Hygiene and Safety.

  4. Select the required risk assessment in the work area in question from the hit list and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Assessment.

Result

The Display Risk Assessment: Assessment or Edit Risk Assessment: Assessment screen appears. Here all the risk assessments are listed that exist for the agent in the work area in question.

You can select a risk assessment and navigate to detailed functions, for example, using the following pushbuttons:
