Me AreaLocate this document in the navigation structure

The Me Area displays user-related content in the left area of the SAP Fiori launchpad.

To access the Me Area, click your profile image or the (Me Area launcher)icon located at the top left corner of the screen.

At the top of the Me Area, you can see:

  • Your user name and profile image.

    Note Your photo appears only if SAP Jam integration is enabled and if your photo is defined in the SAP Jam landscape.
  • The Sign Out button.

The options bar leads you to other areas where you can find apps, change settings, and adjust your launchpad settings according to how you like to work. The options you see may differ depending on:

  • How your launchpad is configured. For example, the Contact Support and Give Feedback options are visible only when they are enabled by your administrator.

  • Where you are working in the launchpad. For example, if you are working within an app, an About option gives you more details about the app.

  • Whether custom buttons have been configured for your launchpad

More details about these options are described below.

The Recent Activity section of the Me Area displays an interactive history of the apps you have worked with or objects that you searched for recently. You can directly navigate to any of these apps or objects by clicking them.

The list of apps or objects appear chronologically.
What can you do from the options bar?

The options bar provides you with direct access to the app finder and to other personalization features. The following options are available to you:

A convenient tool for finding apps and adding them to your home page.

Edit Home Page

Enables you to access to the home page in edit mode so that you can organize your launchpad to suit your daily tasks.

Once you have completed your editing, save your changes and exit edit mode by clicking Done at the bottom of the home page or moving to the Me Area again and clicking Exit Edit Mode.

Contact Support

Allows you to contact support directly from the launchpad.

Give Feedback

Allows you to give feedback to SAP about an app or the launchpad.
