Work With Images

As a processor, you can view and delete the existing invoice images and attach additional ones to the invoice.

View invoice image

To view invoice images for an invoice:

  1. On the processor page, select the desired invoice.

  2. Click Actions > View Image. The system displays the image in a viewer using the locally-installed version of Adobe Acrobat. You can print, save, or otherwise work with the image as required.

Upload invoice image

To upload invoice images for an invoice:

  1. On the processor page, open the desired invoice by double-clicking it.

  2. Click Actions > Upload Image.

  3. In the Upload Image window that appears, click Browse to select the invoice image to upload.

  4. Once you have found the image, select it and then click Open.

  5. In the Upload Image window, click Upload, and then click Close.

Delete invoice image

To delete invoice images for an invoice:

  1. On the processor page, open the desired invoice by double-clicking it.

  2. Click Actions > Delete Image.

  3. In the Please Confirm window that appears, click Yes.

Mark as Received/Not Received

  1. On the processor page, select check box for one or more invoices.

  2. Click Actions > Mark Invoice Received or Mark Invoice Not Received. The status of the Invoice Received column changes to reflect the new status.
