As the system administrator you use these functions to configure the patient organizer in the clinical system or the patient viewer in the Documentation Work Station for the SAP Ambulatory Care Management or for the Surgery Work Station in the clinical system.

The maintenance function of the aspects in the patient organizer or in the patient viewer enables you to adjust the aspects to suit your customer-specific requirements of a patient record. This means that you can format the view of the patient record in the patient organizer/patient viewer for different situations in medical treatment accordingly.

Note Note

Standard settings are supplied so that you can use the patient organizer/patient viewer without having to do a lot of customizing. These settings automatically exist on all clients in the system. You do not therefore need to transport standard settings.

Changes to the standard settings are counted as modifications and will be overwritten when you import a new version of the system.
