You can assign the created aspects of the patient organizer to the relevant users either directly or indirectly.

Procedure

  1. In the patient organizer select the menu option Start of the navigation path Settings Next navigation step Manage Aspects End of the navigation path.

    The Manage Aspects dialog box appears.

  2. To assign an aspect to one or more users, select it and then select New Assignment (New Assignment).

    The Create Assignment to Aspect dialog box appears.

  3. Assign this aspect to a role or one or all users (* as the user) and save the assignment.

    Select an aspect - user assignment and then select Properties (Properties), to change the assignment.

    Select an aspect - user assignment and then select Delete Entry (Delete Entry), to delete the assignment.

Aspects Assigned as Standard

Supplied standard aspects are automatically assigned to all users:

Note Note

The exception to this rule is the Vital Signs aspect (horizontal progress display). This aspect is assigned to no users and must be manually assigned to the relevant users.

If users do not require one or more aspects, you can deactivate the aspect assignments.
