You assign the aspects for the patient viewer to the relevant Information Items and, using these, to the Task Templates for the documentation work station.

Prerequisites

Task templates and information items must have been created.

Procedure

  1. From the SAP Easy Access screen select Start of the navigation path Hospital Next navigation step Ambulatory Care Management Next navigation step Treatment Next navigation step Template Management Documentation Work Station End of the navigation path.

    The Template Management for Work Areas Initial Screen appears.

  2. Enter the work area for the outpatient clinic and then choose Execute (Execute).

    The Display Templates Outpatient Clinic screen appears.

  3. Select a task template (double-click) and assign an information item on the Info Item tab page. To do this you enter the value “Control Using Separate Info Item” in the Patient Viewer field and enter the info item.

  4. Branch to the info items.

  5. Select an info item (double-click) and assign it to the desired aspect in the info item structure. Select Insert Aspect (Insert Aspect).

    Select Remove Aspect (Remove Aspect), to undo the assignment of an aspect to an info item.

    You can set an assigned aspect as the start aspect. When the patient viewer is called, the system displays this aspect as opened.

  6. Select the menu option Start of the navigation path Goto Next navigation step Manage Aspects End of the navigation path to access aspect management. You can create aspects and views in aspect management.
